Welcome to Jambolux African Safaris. By booking a safari or using our website https://jamboluxsafaris.africa, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
1. Booking & Payments

All bookings must be confirmed with a deposit or full payment, depending on the package.

A booking is only secured once a confirmation email is sent and payment is received.

Payment methods accepted: Credit/Debit Cards via Stripe, Bank Transfer, and M-Pesa.

Prices are quoted in USD or KES unless otherwise specified. Exchange rate differences or additional fees by banks are the responsibility of the client.
2. Pricing & Inclusions

Quoted prices include accommodation, transport, park entry fees, meals (as outlined in your itinerary), and services of guides.

Exclusions: International flights, travel insurance, visas, tips, and personal expenses unless explicitly stated.

We reserve the right to adjust prices in response to changes in government taxes, park fees, or exchange rates.
3. Travel Insurance

All clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical, trip cancellation, delay, and personal liability.

Jambolux African Safaris is not liable for any losses not covered by your travel insurance.
4. Health & Safety

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are medically fit for travel and have all required vaccinations.

Clients with pre-existing medical conditions or dietary restrictions must inform us at the time of booking.
5. Changes & Amendments

If you wish to make changes after booking, we will try to accommodate them but cannot guarantee availability.

Additional charges may apply depending on the nature and timing of the change.
6. Cancellation by Client
Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy below.
7. Cancellation by Jambolux
We reserve the right to cancel a safari due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political instability, or insufficient bookings. In such cases, clients will be offered:

An alternative tour of equal value

Or a full refund minus non-recoverable costs
8. Liability Disclaimer

While we take every measure to ensure your safety and satisfaction, Jambolux African Safaris is not liable for:

Loss, damage, illness, injury, or delays caused by third parties (e.g., hotels, transporters, airlines)

Force Majeure events (e.g., weather, strikes, pandemics)

Participation in safaris is at your own risk.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
